TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Order and Delivery and Services:

1.1 Customer order is subject to Primo Wines acceptance and final approval at its sole discretion and stock availability.

1.2 Our 24-Hour Delivery is only available in Bangkok. Outside Bangkok delivery may take 2-3 days.

1.3 Delivery in 24-hour or less after confirmed order receipt if order is placed before 1PM on any day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays as well as National  Holidays.

1.4 Option for Primo Wines to make delivery or 3^rd Party Delivery Service.

1.4.1 Primo Wines guarantee delivery satisfaction with its own Delivery Service

1.4.2 Primo Wines is not liable to any damages that may be caused by a 3^rd Party Delivery Service

1.4.3 Primo Wines is not liable for failure to meet the 24-hour delivery or any other failures or mistakes that may be caused by any 3^rd Party Delivery Service

1.4.4 Should the Customer arrange its own delivery, the goods become the Customers responsibility

2. Primo Wines can organize events or wine tastings or wine dinners according to mutual agreement with the customer.

3. Once an Order has been accepted by Primo Wines, it is final and not changeable nor refundable

4. Force Majeure:

4.1 Primo Wines will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by any circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or 3^rd party delivery deliveries.

5. Damaged or Faulty Goods:

5.1 If any goods ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, please contact customer@primo-wines.com to have damaged goods replaced if damage is caused by Primo Wines own delivery service or the goods are somehow damaged/expired/faulty.

6. Primo Wines always reserves the right to refuse service or sales to any person under the legal age of 20 years old. Primo Wines may, at any time, request proof of legal age upon delivery of any prouct.

7. Electronic or Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Electronic Gift Card or ("Digital Gift Cards") are available for purchase and are set in Thai baht ("THB") currency. Gift Cards and their use are subject to these Terms.

In order to make a Gift Card purchase, you will need to provide certain information about the Recipient, including but not limited to, recipient email address, recipients phone number, recipient name, and a valid form of Payments. The value of the Gift Card will be registered in Primo Wines customer database as a Customer Credit, upon the buyer providing the necessary details. The Gift Card may be submitted as a form of payment at the time of a Primo Wines purchase.

In order to redeem a Gift Card, the recipient must reside in Thailand and be of the Legal Age of 20 years old. Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products offered by Primo Wines. The eligible products will be subject to current stock and availability at the time of the Gift Card being redeemed. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the recipient's Primo Wines customer database as credit. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a valid form of payment.

Gift Cards are only redeemable if purchased through Primo Wines directly. We take no responsibility for gift cards purchased from unauthorized resellers and reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies. The Gift Card is Personal and at no point transferrable to another recipient.

The Gift Card may not be exchanged for money and is therefor, non-refundable.
