Terms for Digital Gift Cards

Electronic Gift Card or ("Digital Gift Cards") are available for purchase and are set in Thai baht ("THB") currency. Gift Cards and their use are subject to these Terms.

In order to make a Gift Card purchase, you will need to provide certain information about the Recipient, including but not limited to, recipient email address, recipients phone number, recipient name, and a valid form of Payments. The value of the Gift Card will be registered in Primo Wines customer database as a Customer Credit, upon the buyer providing the necessary details. The Gift Card may be submitted as a form of payment at the time of a Primo Wines purchase.

In order to redeem a Gift Card, the recipient must reside in Thailand and be of the Legal Age of 20 years old. Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products offered by Primo Wines. The eligible products will be subject to current stock and availability at the time of the Gift Card being redeemed. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the recipient's Primo Wines customer database as credit. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a valid form of payment.

Gift Cards are only redeemable if purchased through Primo Wines directly. We take no responsibility for gift cards purchased from unauthorized resellers and reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies. The Gift Card is Personal and at no point transferrable to another recipient.

The Gift Card may not be exchanged for money and is therefor, non-refundable.
